The unwinding section features an air shaft for fast, secure core clamping, a magnetic powder brake for smooth, adjustable tension control, and an automatic web-guiding system that corrects edge or print-line deviation in real time. Together they ensure stable feeding, precise alignment and minimal waste during high-speed roll-to-sheet converting.

Registered Cutting

The registered cutting system ensures that each sheet is cut precisely according to the printed mark on the material.
By using a photoelectric eye sensor (eye mark sensor), the machine automatically detects the registration mark on printed films or papers and synchronizes the cutting position with the printed pattern.

The PLD control system allows for precise adjustment of cutting length and speed, as well as batch quantity settings.
